Diesel Engine Hydraulic power unit is often used in Marine/construction / agricultural applications where electric power is not available at the site. Diesel-hydraulic units offer a versatile and portable power source for these applications.
The Diesel-hydraulic power packs can be delivered with an ATEX certificate offshore applications. This is necessary when you are pumping in potentially explosive environments. Our power packs are available in various designs and with several capacities from low flow rate to high flow rate & Low pressure to High-pressure Units. The Diesel Engine power pack is built with necessary components with a Hose Basket as well.
Diesel Engine hydraulic units may have several Electrical or Manual Directional control valves that allow the operator to direct the flow of hydraulic fluid to the various components of the system. The control valves may be operated manually or Electrical control panel. Electrical directional valves can be used in this unit except Zone II application
Specification of Diesel Engine / Petrol Engine HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT The Diesel Engine driven power unit has a Hydraulic Piston Pump /Gear Pump or Vane Pump with a flow output of 6 LPM to 400LPM @1800 RPM with a maximum pressure of 4350 PSI to achieve the cylinders raise & lower operations under designed load conditions.
Specification of Diesel Engine / Petrol Engine HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT The engine Capacity has a minimum rating of 5HP to Max. 173HP with water or air-cooled engine which is from Deutz, JCB, or FPT engines.
The power unit consists of the following items:
• Painted or Sandblasting with Powder coated structural skid
